Welcome to Walgrave. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Walgrave ("Walgrave", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, software, machine learning algorithms, automated trading tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to notify Walgrave immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Nature of the Services

Walgrave provides technical infrastructure, analytical dashboards, algorithmic strategy indicators, and automated routing capabilities designed for cryptocurrency and digital asset trading. Walgrave is a technology provider and does not provide financial advisory, portfolio management, or fiduciary services. The tools and models made available on the Platform are analytical instruments and should not be construed as investment recommendations.

4. User Covenants and Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you strictly agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, including financial crime regulations and market abuse statutes;
  • Engage in wash trading, front-running, spoofing, market manipulation, or abusive trading tactics;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or attempt to derive the source code of our algorithmic systems or predictive intelligence models;
  • Introduce malicious software, automated scrapers, denial-of-service vectors, or unauthorized API bots into our infrastructure;
  • Use the Platform to transmit illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory communications.

5. Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency trading and algorithmic execution involve substantial financial risk. Market liquidity, pricing spreads, network latency, slippage, and technical failures can result in total capital loss. By utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge that all execution decisions, strategy parameters, and risk settings are chosen solely by you. Walgrave makes no warranties regarding profitability, uptime, algorithm performance, or continuous accessibility.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, user interfaces, visual design systems, algorithms, source code, and underlying software associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of Walgrave and its licensors. No license, ownership, or right of exploitation is transferred to you, except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

7. Fees and Account Settlement

Walgrave may charge fees for subscription tiers, execution connectivity, or platform features as outlined in our fee schedules. All platform fees are quoted exclusive of applicable transaction costs, blockchain gas charges, or third-party exchange commissions. Walgrave reserves the right to adjust fees upon reasonable advance notice posted on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom, Walgrave, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital assets, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, algorithmic execution outcomes, or service downtime.

9. Suspension and Termination

Walgrave reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or posed a security risk to the Platform or other users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under or in relation to these Terms.
